I’m trying to clean up my YouTube subscriptions and rebuild it with more solid Catholic content. I’m a cradle Catholic who drifted a bit during college, and lately I’ve been coming back—daily prayer again, Sunday Mass, and I’m starting to read the Catechism in small bites.
The problem is YouTube is a mixed bag. I’ll search one thing (like “Rosary” or “what does the Church teach about confession”) and then the algorithm sends me into confusing or super political stuff. I’m not looking for drama, just channels that are faithful to the Church and help with prayer, Scripture, catechesis, saints, maybe some thoughtful discussions too.
So, which Catholic YouTube channels are actually worth following? Bonus points if you can say what each one is best for (beginner-friendly catechesis, homilies, liturgy, Marian devotion, apologetics, etc.). I’m also open to podcasts, but YouTube is easiest for me right now.
