I’ve been trying to build a habit of reading something faith-filled before bed instead of doomscrolling. I just finished a short booklet on St. Thérèse and it honestly hit me harder than I expected—especially the ordinary, daily holiness part.
Now I’m looking for a full Catholic biography that’s genuinely inspiring (not just “a list of miracles,” but something with real struggle, growth, and practical faith). I’m open to saints, converts, missionaries, married saints, anyone.
If you had to pick ONE Catholic biography that changed you—or that you’d give as a gift—what would it be and why?
