I’ve been trying to be more intentional about feeding my faith, not just scrolling random “inspirational” stuff. Some days I feel really close to God (especially after Mass), and other days I feel distracted and spiritually dry. I’d love to hear what Catholic content has genuinely strengthened your faith over time—books, podcasts, YouTube channels, apps, saint biographies, prayer routines, homilies, anything.
For context: I’m a cradle Catholic who drifted a bit in my 20s. I’m back at Sunday Mass consistently now and trying to build a healthier spiritual life without turning it into a checklist. I’ve found that the Rosary helps when I’m anxious, and reading a little Scripture daily helps too, but I want to go deeper and stay steady.
What has helped you grow in trust, prayer, and love for the Church (and maybe devotion to Mary)?
