Hi everyone. I’m a cradle Catholic but honestly I never learned the Divine Mercy Chaplet growing up. Lately I’ve been feeling anxious about my family and I keep hearing people say “pray the chaplet at 3 o’clock” or “offer it for souls,” and I want to do it right instead of guessing.
I have a regular rosary (no special beads). I’ve also seen different versions online and I’m not sure what’s required vs optional—like the opening prayers, whether you need an image of Jesus, whether it has to be exactly at 3 PM, and what you actually say on each bead.
Could someone explain step-by-step how to pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet, in a simple way, and any practical tips for making it a daily habit? Thank you.
